If you are experiencing issues with Hexoskin OneSync during data synchronization, please provide your logs so we will be able to better help you.
Please follow the following steps (Mac or Windows):
- Open your Hexoskin OneSync and log in with your account
- Go to the Support tab
- Select "Prepare log files to send to Hexoskin Support", and a .zip folder will be created on your desktop
- Send this folder to our Support Team at support@hexoskin.com along with a description of the problem you are facing (and/or a screenshot).
Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to review your logs and get back to you with answers and solutions.
