If you encounter problems while synchronizing your recording sessions on HxServices (i.e. session(s) marked "Corrupted" or "Storing Locally (>100%)"), you can click on the "Delete" button on the "Support" tab to manually delete the sessions stored locally on HxServices. If that doesn't work, please proceed as follow:
On Mac:
- Unplug your Device from your computer
- Right-click on the session(s) marked "Corrupted" or "Storing Locally (>100)%"
- Select "Reveal in Finder"
- Then, right-click on the folder (that will appear in another window)
- Select "Move to Trash"
- Restart HxServices (i.e log out, then log back in on HxServices)
- Reconnect your Device to your computer (do not use USB hub)
- Try to synchronize your sessions again.
On PC:
- Unplug your Device from your computer
- Right-click on the session(s) marked "Corrupted" or "Storing Locally (>100)%"
- Select "Go to Data Location"
- Then, another window will open
- Go back up the path to HXSKIN000000XXXX (device number in question)
- Select all the files
- Right-click, then "Delete"
- Restart HxServices (i.e log out, then log back in on HxServices)
- Reconnect your Device to your computer (do not use USB hub)
- Try to synchronize your sessions again.
