If you are experiencing issues with HxServices during data synchronization, please provide your logs so we will be able to better help you.
Please follow the following steps (Mac or Windows):
1) Open your HxServices and log in with your account
2) Go to the Support tab
3) Select 'prepare logs', a .zip folder will be created on your desktop
4) send this folder to support@hexoskin.com along with a description of the problem you are facing (and/or a screenshot).
