We’re sorry to hear that. Please try the following fix: simply power off your phone or tablet completely, turn them back on and try again. Make sure that you hold the button on the Hexoskin Device for at least 3 seconds (until the blue LED turns on) to turn on the Bluetooth connection on your device. Please make sure that for this step your Hexoskin Device is not connected to your computer or your Hexoskin Shirt. You should now be able to detect your Hexoskin Device with your phone (refer to the "Pairing Hexoskin Device with phone or tablet" in the Articles section).
