Simply power off your phone or tablet completely, turn them back on and try again. Follow the steps to pair your Device with your phone or tablet.
Make sure that you hold the button on the Hexoskin Device for at least 3 seconds (until the blue LED turns and stay on) to turn on the Bluetooth connection on your device. Also, make sure that for this step your Hexoskin Device is not connected to your computer or your Hexoskin Shirt.
