- Hold your finger over the Hexoskin App icon until the icon starts shaking. A cross will appear, inviting you to delete the app from your phone.
- Click on the cross to delete the app from your phone.
- Download the app again from the App Store or Play Store.
- This time the app should not crash at launch. You may need to wait a few seconds while the app downloads your previous recordings from our servers.
