First, you need to make sure that your device is fully charged and assigned to your account. Then, you need to make sure that your Hexoskin Device is properly paired with your phone or tablet. Additionally, you need to make sure that your Hexoskin Device is properly connected to the shirt’s connector and that the top LED is either turned on as solid or blinking orange light). Please note that during a recording, the middle LED orange light should be solid. If this is not the case, simply unplug and reconnect your Hexoskin Device from the shirt's connector.
Finally, if the bottom blue LED is blinking, this simply means that your device is communicating with your phone or tablet through Bluetooth, allowing you to visualize your data on your screen in the "Show Sensors" section of the App.
