If you are using Windows 10, you might need to reinstall the correct driver.
Please try the following:
- Make sure you only have the Hexoskin connected via USB.
- Then try to uninstall the driver of the COM4 in Devices and Printers
- Then unplug the Hexoskin Device
- Then plug it back.
- Now, your device should be detected by HxServices.
