If you see on your Hexoskin App a constant heart rate of 70 bpm (default value), it might mean that the ECG signal quality is too noisy. To improve your signal quality, you can wet or apply a conductive cream on your cardiac sensors and add the elastic bands provided. To evaluate the ECG signal quality, you can simply click on “Show sensors” in your Hexoskin App. If you are able to visualize your ECG waveform, you should also now see that your heart rate would vary if you stand still or you start running. If you are still experiencing heart rate reading issues, please contact our Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will be happy to assist you.
