First, you need to make sure that your device is fully charged and assigned to your account. Then, you need to make sure that your Hexoskin Device is properly connected to the shirt’s connector and that the top LED is either turned on as solid light or blinking). Please note that during a recording, the middle LED should be solid. If it is not the case, simply unplug and reconnect your Hexoskin Device from the shirt connector.
Finally, if the bottom blue LED is blinking, then it simply means that your device is communicating with your phone or tablet through Bluetooth, allowing you to visualize your data on your screen.
